Refund policy
At VIBURN AROMA FACTORY, we carefully inspect all our products before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, if the item(s) arrives without damage, has been used in any way, or opened with a broken seal, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will replace or refund products with issues if we are notified and photographic proof of damage is submitted to VIBURN AROMA FACTORY within 7 days of delivery at vaf.customercare@gmail.com.
You may return your unused products for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling, within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges. Please contact us at vaf.customercare@gmail.com for further details.
Additional items ineligible for refund:
1. Sale Items (including items purchased with a Discount Code)
2. Customized Items
3. Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page
4. Gift Cards
5. Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
6. Lost or stolen items or orders where the tracking states it has been delivered
7. Any item that has been used or is not in its original condition, or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to company errors
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and confirm whether the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please first check with your bank or credit card company, if there are still questions then contact us at vaf.customercare@gmail.com.
